Mrs. Samarah Sulaman Albu, a British-born Pakistani lawyer, who brings over 25 years of distinguished experience in corporate immigration. After earning her LLB (Hons), Legal Practice Course, and PG Dip, she began her legal career at Eversheds within the Education Litigation department before transitioning to leading roles in multinational firms such as PwC, Ernst & Young, and Fragomens. Mrs. Albu continues to offer expert guidance as a Level 3 immigration advisor, specialising in practical, compliant solutions for complex immigration matters.

Ms Saiqa Ajaib is an experienced lawyer, bringing over 20 years of experience in both Private Human rights immigration and corporate immigration.  Ms Ajaib graduated with an LLB(hons) and started her career at the Home Office in Sheffield where she excelled for 3 years.  After taking a career break she continued her professional career gaining excellent advocacy skills working within family immigration law and represented clients at Tribunal, PAPL and JR’s. She has a meticulous approach to immigration cases and has an excellent track record working with clients to cancel deportation orders, bail applications and has represented clients in Scotland.  She currently represents a number of multinational firms and ensures that they stay compliant in all aspects of their employment of foreign workers.  She is regulated by the IAA at Level 3 and is committed to her client’s wellbeing and passionate to ensure that each case is handled with precision and care.
