Mediation
Effective dispute resolution
As you will know, it is not uncommon for two or more staff members to not get on. However, if their relationship is having an adverse impact on your business, you need to act. Often, mediation can help.
Never heard of, or tried, mediation?
Mediation is a cost-effective way of trying to resolve conflict. It involves an impartial third party (the mediator) exploring, and helping to resolve, the issues between the parties. In the context of the workplace, this involves helping them find a way in which they can continue to work together effectively.
As well as being a Solicitor, Chris is an experienced mediator, whose mediation skills have been accredited by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR). As a mediator, Chris uses his interpersonal skills to help resolve conflict.
