Whatever challenge you are facing at work we can help.
We know that difficulties at work can be all consuming, creating a significant amount of stress. Not only do we provide effective legal advice, but we also offer a sympathetic ear. As a former client recently said, your case is “more than just a job” to us.
You may be involved in some type of formal action (be it disciplinary, performance, sickness absence or redundancy), have a complaint about a colleague’s behaviour or you may be mid-way through Employment Tribunal proceedings. You may have just been offered a payment to exit from the business.
Come and talk to us
In the first instance, following an initial chat through our Free Legal Advice Clinic, we will provide you with free legal advice on your case.
If you decide you wish to pursue your case following this chat, we will advise on how we can help you which may include helping you on a “no win no fee” basis.
Alternatively, you may have insurance covering your legal fees or you may prefer to pay privately, either by agreeing affordable fixed/capped fees or applying our competitive hourly rates.
We can help you with:
- Disciplinary, performance, sickness absence, reorganisation and redundancy processes
- Complaints and grievances that you may have including for example discrimination, whistleblowing and unpaid wages (and many other issues)
- Complaints and grievances that you and several of your colleagues may have including for example the fact you are not receiving national minimum wage, how your holiday pay is being calculated and your employer’s decision to not pay you bonuses (and many other issues)
For more information about costs/fees please visit the following fees page and/or arrange a chat to discuss this with us
